Hello, my name is Jessica Haley, and I am the owner and CEO of Beautiful and Blessed Esthetics in Marble Falls, Texas. For the last five years, I’ve been honored to serve the Hill Country community with the mission of helping women feel confident, valued, and beautiful in their own skin. I am a licensed esthetician with 17 years of experience and a professional laser technician, specializing in permanent makeup, lash extensions, and advanced laser services. Since establishing Beautiful and Blessed Aesthetics in 2020, I have been blessed with loyal clients and wonderful reviews that reflect the personal care and dedication I pour into my work. My passion has always been more than skin-deep. I believe beauty is God-given, and my role is to enhance and celebrate that beauty in a way that feels natural, safe, and empowering. Dr. Welch (Cheng) was born in China and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 8. She learned to speak English by playing barbies with her next door neighbor in East Texas. She graduated from Plano Senior High school and then attended
Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where she majored in Biomedical Science graduated magna cum laude, being a proud member of the Fighting’ Texas Aggie Class of
2004 (Whoop!).
She then attended UNTHSC Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort
Worth, before starting her Internal Medicine residency at UTMB in Galveston.
She met her husband in medical school and married him during her fourth year.
Following the completion of her residency, she took a position as a hospitalist at Methodist St. John’s hospital in Nassau Bay, Texas. A few years later, she and her family moved here to Central Texas where she worked for Baylor Scott & White for a few years. She also served as medical director for hospices during this time.
For the past few years, she has been providing palliative and community based
care in her own practice, as well as continuing to support local hospice agencies.
During her free time when she is not shuttling her 3 children to various activities, she is a CFMD (CrossFit MD) level 1 coach as well as F4 Ninja warrior coach. She enjoys working out.
